GRASS GIS source code URLs

GRASS GIS is developed by a worldwide network of developers who continue to release new GRASS versions regularly. Since 2008, the main web site, the GRASS mailing lists have been hosted by the OSGeo Foundation (USA). The source code is maintained in a SVN server which is run along with the bug tracker.
