The sunrpc package contains SUN remote procedure calls, a requirement for
GRASS/Cygwin.

Installation:

Open a Bash window on your PC. Change the directory to the root directory and
untar the file:

   cd /
   tar xzf sunrpc-4.0.cygwin1.bin.tar.gz
