r.pi.graph.iter help
r.pi.graph.iter [-ap] input=name output=string keyval=integer distance=float neighborhood=string index=string [--overwrite] [--verbose] [--quiet]
Flags:
- -a
- Set for 8 cell-neighbors. 4 cell-neighbors are default
- -p
- Defines, if the output should be a percentual of the cluster index values.
- --overwrite
- Allow output files to overwrite existing files
- --verbose
- Verbose module output
- --quiet
- Quiet module output
Parameters:
- input=name
- Name of input raster map
- output=string
- Name of the new raster file
- keyval=integer
- Key value
- distance=float
- Bounding distance [0 for maximum distance]
- neighborhood=string
- Neighborhood definition
- Options: nearest_neighbor,relative_neighbor,gabriel,spanning_tree
- index=string
- Cluster index
