Calculates z coordinate for point from TIN.

Parameters

	Map	pointer to vector map
	tx,ty	point coordinates
[out]	tz	z-coordinate of point
[out]	angle	angle
[out]	slope	slope

Returns

1 on success,

0 point is not in area,

-1 area has not 4 points or has island
