Linear regression analysis for patches.

r.pi.lm [-ap] input1=name input2=name output=name [--overwrite] [--verbose] [--quiet] [--qq] [--ui]

Example:

r.pi.lm input1=name input2=name output=name

grass.script.run_command("r.pi.lm", input1, input2, output, flags=None, overwrite=False, verbose=False, quiet=False, superquiet=False)

Parameters

input1=name [required]
    Name of input raster map
input2=name [required]
    Name of input raster map
output=name [required]
    Name for output raster map
-a
    Set for 8 cell-neighbors. 4 cell-neighbors are default
-p
    Set to use patch values
--overwrite
    Allow output files to overwrite existing files
--help
    Print usage summary
--verbose
    Verbose module output
--quiet
    Quiet module output
--qq
    Very quiet module output
--ui
    Force launching GUI dialog

input1 : str, required
    Name of input raster map
    Used as: input, raster, name
input2 : str, required
    Name of input raster map
    Used as: input, raster, name
output : str, required
    Name for output raster map
    Used as: output, raster, name
flags : str, optional
    Allowed values: a, p
    a
        Set for 8 cell-neighbors. 4 cell-neighbors are default
    p
        Set to use patch values
overwrite: bool, optional
    Allow output files to overwrite existing files
    Default: False
verbose: bool, optional
    Verbose module output
    Default: False
quiet: bool, optional
    Quiet module output
    Default: False
superquiet: bool, optional
    Very quiet module output
    Default: False
